职位概要 Job Highlights：
职责描述 Key Accountabilities：
The scope of the role would include:
• On site coordination of the deployment of global projects – liaising with CHIT DMC team and CHIT GC team.
• Local Training and Communications in relation to global IT initiatives
• Liaising with local vendors and execution of local Digital initiatives where relevant
• Consolidate, prioritize, manage, and review portfolio of China initiatives in digital, e-commerce, and innovations enabling speed in delivery.
• Ensure that GSK Standard Processes are applied and adhered to including embedding and adopting standard ways of working in accordance with Quality Risk and Compliance policies.
• Be the market champion to the Globe, communicating market-specific challenges, opportunities, or focus areas with the intent to enable investment and growth in the GC region.
• On site management of DMC infrastructure projects (e.g. AWS China)
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure that agreed targets are met or exceeded, and participate in cross-service reviews to identify gap areas or areas for improvement.
• Collection and action on local VOC

• Experience in China Digital, eCommerce, and Digital Innovation
• Familiarity with Marketing and Sales processes
• Change management and communication
• Technically competent in GSK standard collaboration tools and IT standards.
• Project management capability
• Software Development Life Cycle
• Ability to connect with both site LT and lower levels in the organisation
• Ability to work collaboratively with remote, CHIT DMC BPPs, service and delivery team.
• Strong business-level proficiency in both written and verbal Chinese Mandarin and English
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to listen and influence stakeholders at all levels
