职位概要 Job Highlights：
职责描述 Key Accountabilities：
• Formulate growth strategy and implement marketing programs for the assigned product category
• Develop annual brand business plan and manage marketing budget to achieve the sales target and franchise P&L
• Work with advertising and media agency on the development of communication platform and media placement
• Work with research agency on research project that provides consumer insights
• Lead and develop subordinates to support organizational and business growth
• Ensure regulatory clearance an product advertising pricing and reimbursement
• Be in duty bound to transferring the received complaint to the designated department according to company complaint handling procedure timely.
• Comply with the rules and regulations of company and HCC.
职能需求 Competence Profile：
• Minimum 3~4 years product management experiences with P&L responsibility.
• Preferably with certain field sales experience.
• Preferably with Digital campaign plan & execution experience
• Good understanding in product management of OTC, milk powder and/or FMCG business.
• Good spoken and written English.
• University graduates or above.
