职责描述 Key Accountabilities:

The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Closely monitor China Onco/Hema market by retrieving, consolidating & analyzing data from a variety of market data sources to provide market/competitive insights;
• Be the internal data source for company`s strategic decision, own quantitative and quantitative business analytics (including forecasting for long range plans, new product planning), and the collection and sharing of market intelligence among key stakeholder timely;
• Collaborate with brand team and support the shaping of brand strategy with market research findings;
• Make value-added, actionable recommendations based on research findings to drives business decisions and results;
• Lead market research project including project planning, vendor management and project implementation;
• Involve in business development initiatives by providing market intelligence support;
• Enhance the company’s business analysis capability by developing tools, processes and models

职能需求 Competence Profile:

Qualifications and Competencies:
• Familiar with healthcare market databases and other key data sources;
• Experience in conducting primary market survey with adequate knowledge in sampling, questionnaire design, data analysis and report writing;
• competent in conducting complex analysis using statistical tools, databases, spreadsheets, decision tree, regression, cluster analysis, ROI modeling, charting and graphing, and other statistic modeling;
• understand China health care environment (Regulation, Policy, Law, etc.) and how they operate to impact Company and Brand Strategy
• Advanced analytical capability, conceptual thinking and able to turn market intelligence into valuable insights
• well organized and team oriented
• Fluent in English communication;
• Knowledge of Onco/Hema TA will be a plus
