职位概要 Job Purpose：

The Site Training coordinator is responsible for proposing the overall training plan and activities to the
Global training head on an annual basis for the sustainable development in CSO of Scientific and
Technical skills (including Processes and Quality related topics). The incumbent is responsible for the local
implementation of the agreed plan ( global and local programs)– within the budget constraints- and
following the global practices and deployment model agreed with the corporate teams. Primarily covering
corporate CSO functions, the Site Training Coordinator could also support the training needs on Clinical
activities/processes and tools for other R&D units.
The Site Training Coordinator supervises/ensures training administration activities in Le@rn for the local
CSO population as well as for local CSO courses.
In complement with departmental training window persons, the Training Coordinator relays training
communication from corporate training programs with functional departments in China/Japan.
Working with functional departments in China/Japan, the Training Coordinator identifies local specific
training needs and helps to develop collective cross-function training programs leveraging resources from
the corporate training team and local support from Human Resource and Affiliate.
The Training Coordinator will contribute to the development of CSO China/Japan by promoting crossfunction
collaboration and communication within the CSO and with its stakeholders.

RANK MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Briefly describe the major duties and responsibilities for which the job is held accountable (what the job does, why is it done/impact)
Manage the deployment of global training programs for the corporate CSO functions in China/Japan. Provide input in training proposal during the review process.
Liaise with Headquarters to ensure appropriate training communication/relay to prepare implementation.
Arrange the deployment of corporate training programs in China/Japan.
For identified Global training programs, Act as the local trainer after receiving the Train-the-trainer session.
Manage cross-functional training programs for all CSO functions in China/Japan. Identify local training needs from individual functions in CSO China/Japan.
Make training proposals and propose adequate training approach and resources i.e.
– Leverage training capacity from corporate and local affiliate
– identify external vendors when required and manage within training budget constraints
In China, Liaise with China R&D/AP TSU Training function and leaders.
Promote cross function training resource sharing.
3. 3. Supervise Le@rn record management for corporate CSO functions in China/Japan.
Supervise Training Assistant to ensure complete and update-to-date record keeping in Le@rn. Supervise people administration activities and ensure activities are performed following global rules and procedures in Le@rn.
Contribute to CSO China/Japan site development Promote cross-function communication. Take charge of CSO China/Japan newsletter and other communication initiatives. Provide input to HR to organize development strategies for CSO associates, including but not limited to talent recognition and retention programs.

Knowledge of a wide perimeter of activities (Quality Documents, business tools and scientific area). Efficient communication with Headquarter training department to ensure prompt information relay and seamless program deployment.
Great diversity of interactions within RandD to put in place and to maintain ( Global and local –Scientific/Quality/business tools).
Prioritize the high demand of China/Japan-specific training needs from young and dynamic professionals who face the challenge of making quality deliverables in local, regional, and global projects.
B. Key Internal and External Relationships. Describe the most significant contacts outside the regular work unit. Include frequency and purpose.
Corporate Training Department Head and management team, CSO China/Japan Head and Functional Heads and Managers, local HR, Training Head in local units and Affiliate, CSO Departmental Training window persons (global and local).
VI – ACCOUNTABILITY (FORMERLY JOB SCOPE)
A. Decision Making Authority: Identify the types of decisions made by this job as well as those that must be referred to a superior (i.e., authority to implement plans, personnel decisions, changes to policy, etc.)
Consult local functional heads for preparing the annual CSO training master plan for CH /JP
Arbitrate and prioritize the consolidated draft CSO CH /JP Training master plan for submission
Submit to Global CSO training head the CSO CH/JP training master plan for agreement on
prioritization, implementation, resources and budget
Once agreed, Take decisions for adequate development and implementation of local programs (internal training resources, external vendors …) under training budget constraints.
For training administration, in case of activity managed by a contractor, or by a local training
specialist, the supervision is fully under the training coordinator responsibility to make sure global.
rules, conventions, practices are applied for the management of the population as well as the course management ( local and global)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, FORMAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Minimum requirements for assignment to this job)
A. Knowledge And Skills:
– Knowledge and good understanding of clinical development process/operations. and business needs in R&D
– Knowledge of adult learning methods and training technologies and approaches
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
– Ability to listen to customers and use deductive approach to compile training needs
– Awareness of rapid learning tools (Articulate Suite , Storyline…)
– Ability to handle multiple task and to prioritize, strong organizational and presentation skills
– Decision-making and problem-solving skills
– Good cross-functional coordination capability to fosters team spirit and team motivation
– Ability to work with internal partners and external vendors
– Strong English skills (verbal and written if English is the second language)
B. Formal Education And Experience Required:
– Bachelor degree in social science or related fields or equivalent.
– College English level 4 (or equivalent) is minimum and level 6 (or equivalent) is preferred
Experience and knowledge:
– Minimum 3-year experience in Clinical development/ Clinical trials environment
